Condolence

It is with great sadness and sorrow that I come to inform you that our Mestre Joao Pequeno de Pastinha passed away today at 15pm in Salvador Bahia. He was 93 years old.

Outdoor

Summer is finally here. And it's getting warmer and warmer. We had an outdoor roda, and it turned out quite good with a few adjustments thanks to Aiden and Salima :)

Birthday roda

Jesse and Rachel's birthday roda was another successful gathering of angoleiros and angoleiras that night. The axé was hypnotizing, and felt really good. Thanks to paul for videotaping it. I am quite amazed with the progression of every person in the group, and even Ben showed up! I hope to see you all next week.
